One of our food-based supervised weight loss programs is called ChiroThin. It is a 42-day program, where we allow the patient to use their own food. Added to the program are sublingual supplements of amino acids, which help to curb cravings and increase metabolism. After the 42-day period is complete, the client enters the maintenance phase and can return to exercise.
